Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email info@johooper.co.uk  If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information. Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications.

Returns
We aim for 100% satisfaction! If however, you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please return your item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our office. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders. Our returns address is:
